Q: Are there protected territories?
A: The market for dog waste products is competitive. There are a number of national, well established brands, and many smaller competitors. We do not offer any protected or exclusive territories.
NOBrand re-sellers should operate under the assumption that your customers are always comparing vendors and pricing, and that competitors are always prospecting and trying to win their business. OUR POLICY: We do not restrict the marketing of any NOBrand distributor or re-seller. We do not offer exclusive territories or geographical boundaries to NOBrand re-sellers. Any NOBrand re-seller may sell NOBrand products to any customer, anywhere in the USA. We sell to re-sellers and each re-seller determines and sets their own selling price, marketing, and sales activities. Because NOBrand is generic packaging, re-sellers can create their OWN brand by creating a new 'brand' name for the products on their website. Since no one else will be using that exact name you create, each re-seller effectively has no direct competition for the 'brand' they create and sell.
Q: Are there order minimums?
A: There are no minimum order requirements.
Q: Do you DROP SHIP?
A: Yes. We can drop ship any order directly to your customer with a plain packing list. The return address on the FedEx label reads: Distribution Center, 12316 World Trade Drive #102 San Diego, CA 92128.
Q: Can I establish a Net 30 account?
A: If you've been in business more than 2 years, have current trade references, we can bill you NET 30.
Because we offer the BEST PRICES in the industry, prompt Net 30 day payment, BY CHECK or ACH ONLY, is required to enable us to extend great prices to our distributors and to continue to offer you Net 30 terms. Credit cards may not be used to pay for Net 30 invoices. If you prefer to use a credit card to pay Net 30 invoices, a 3% administrative fee will be added.
Q: Are our bags biodegradable?
A: We offer 2 bags that make environmental claims--our Recycled Post Consumer Resin bag and our Compostable ASTM6400 bag. We adhere to the Federal Trade Commission 2012 Green Guides for both of these bags.

Q: Do your bags fit other dispensers?
A: There are three main types of commercial dispensers. The Roll Bag, the Header Bag, and the Tie-Handle Bag Dispenser.
If your bags are on a continuous roll, which requires the user to pull out and tear off at a perforation, then you use the ROLL BAG style. Our Roll Bags are an exact fit for all commercial roll bag dispensers, such as Dogipot®, HD Supply/FIDO, Pet Waste Eliminator, BagX, etc.
If the bags are FLAT PACKED and hang from 2 rods or prongs inside the dispenser, then you have HEADER style. Our ONEpul® Bag (D021) fits header bag dispensers. The MittN Bag™ (D999) fits Mutt Mitt® dispensers and other header dispensers.
If the bags have 'handles' then they are Tie-Handle bags and fit Tie-Handle dispensers.
Our Tissue-Style bag (scented and unscented) fits our D277 dispenser and any "Doggie Walk Bags" dispensers. Our EZ TIE HANDLE HANGING bags fit www.dogpoopbags.com EZ TIE HANDLE dispensers.
Q: How many bags do your dispensers hold?
A: Our Roll Bag Dispenser allows 3 rolls (600 bags) at a time to dispense and stores 2 back up rolls inside for a total of 1000 bags. No other standard roll dispenser holds or dispenses more.
ONEpul® Dispensers hold and dispense 800 header bags at a time. That's 30-50% more bags available to dispense than most competitors' Roll Bag dispensers.
The Tie-Handle Dispenser holds & dispenses 600 bags (2 jumbo rolls of 300) at a time.
Q: How many bags should I recommend to my customers?
A: That depends on the number of dog owners that will make use of each Dispenser. In a County or City Park setting, usage is 500-2000 bags per month per dispenser. In a Condo/Apartment or HOA setting, plan for 300-800 bags per month. Usage can vary widely however. It is best to have enough supply on hand so that you do not run out and create user inconvenience which results in non-compliance. The NOBrand warehouse is fully stocked and we ship every order the same day, so you never have to overstock your customer's inventory.
Q: Why are your STATIONS preferred for commercial applications?
A: All our stations and dispensers are made from rust proof, UV powder-coated, commercial grade aluminum. The posts are galvanized steel. 2-Year Warranty on all stations and dispensers. See our Warranty. Our Trail Proven stations are made from recycled plastics.
Q: Do you offer custom signs, custom colors, custom logo on your products?
A: Depending on the quantity, we can offer everything from a custom printed sign, to a full custom imprint bag and custom color stations. Call us to discuss your project. But there are minimums and artwork plate costs for custom production. We offer a custom printed 4" x 6" sponsorship plaque that bolts to the sign post. That's the least expensive, low minimum way, to 'customize' a station.
Q: Is Installation of a Dog Waste Station easy?
A: Yes. We send complete instructions with each station. You can also download the instructions on our website. Plus you can always call us if you need any assistance. Allow 45 minutes for installation. No special skills or special tools required (2 adjustable pliers, shovel or post hole digger, water and a bag of ready-mix cement).

A: All orders received by 3:45pm PT (6:45pm ET) are shipped the SAME BUSINESS DAY.
Q: How fast will my order arrive?
A: Typically: Northeast/Mid Atlantic 4-5 days Southeast/Mid West 3-4 days Southwest, West, Northwest 1-3 days.
Q: Can I set up an automatic shipment?
A: Yes. We can set you up to have the same order shipped on a regularly scheduled, automatic basis. Just call and let us know what you need and how often and we'll do the rest.

Q: What are the case packs for the bags?
A: Roll Bags are packed in a case of 2000, 4000, or 6000 bags.
The ONEpul® Bag comes in a case of 3200 (4 boxes of 800).
The MittN Bag™ headers are packed 2000 per case (20 headers of 100).
Tie-Handle Bags are 300 bags per roll, 8 rolls per case= 2400 bags.
EZ TIE HANDLE HANGING Bags are packed 2000 per case (40 headers of 50 bags)
Tissue-Style Bags are packed 60 pouches of 70 bags= 4200 bags
Q: Can you ship anywhere?
A: We only ship within the USA 50 States. Freight for Alaska and Hawaii require a special quote. Website freight rates do not apply to those areas.
Q: Why are your bags and stations a much better value than competitors'?
A: Three very simple reasons:
1) There's no 'brand name' on the products.
2) Our profit margins are very low, so our prices can be low.
3) We are committed to helping distributors and re-sellers grow and make money in the dog waste products business.
