Shipping & Returns
Orders received by 6:30 pm EST (3:30 pm PST) are shipped the SAME DAY. Tracking numbers are printed on the packing list and invoice, and sent via email.
Shipping is based on the ORDER VALUE. See the SHIPPING COST CHART.
We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes or outside of the USA. A verified street address is required. All shipping rates quoted are for the 48 contiguous US States. Alaska and Hawaii require specialized freight quotes. Please call, or email, for shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii before ordering.
Any errors, or omissions, in the shipping address supplied will be charged to the customer, if such errors, or omissions, result in an address correction charge by freight carriers. Please be sure to include Suite #, Floor #, Business Name, and Contact Name, when you place your order. For pallet deliveries, please include a delivery phone number and whether your customer has a loading dock or forklift, or if they will require liftgate and pallet jack delivery.
Orders are shipped by UPS, FEDEX, USPS or Truck carrier depending on the order size, weight and destination.
Standard shipping is by Ground. However, express service such as Next Day or 2nd Day can be requested. Please email, or phone, if you require expedited shipping.
Customers may return an order, in the original unopened carton(s) and condition, within 15 days for full refund or credit, with prior approval of NOBrand. Custom orders are not returnable.
Customers are required to pay outbound and return freight costs. A re-stocking fee may be charged if items are returned in non-original cartons or items are damaged or missing.
